Filtron Air deep pleat HEPA filters are designed to provide the highest level of filtration available for commercial and industrial applications.

Deep pleat filters are constructed with either galvanized steel or durable particle board. The media is ultra fine glass filter paper corrugated aluminum foil or paper separators maintain exact pleat spacing and ensure proper airflow. The media pack is completely sealed to the cell side frame with a specially-designed polyurethane foam bond. Asthe adhesive cures, the material expands into the media pack eliminating leaks.
